I have managed to get Fallout 1 & 2 working, Age Of Empires 2 with the User Patch for Windowed mode, Unreal Tournament 1999 run without any problems at all, Deus Ex loaded well too

How were you able to run Fallout? I have a Lumia 950(non-XL), I was able to install Steam, then Fallout 2, Fallout 2 Unofficial Patch, but it seems, it will not work, I am not able to go forward, It can not initialize any given resolution.
